The phosphate analyzer is a continuous on-line analyzer used for early detection and accurate phosphate monitoring in boiler water supply.
The Hydrazine Analyzer is an on-line continuity analyzer that uses an ion-selective electrode to measure the potential difference between the sensing element and the reference electrode.
Silica analyzers are used to monitor silica content in thermal power plants to protect systems and reduce reagent consumption, resulting in reduced maintenance time and costs.
In steam production systems, and phosphates are used to control the pH of boiler water in order to reduce corrosion problems in the boiler system as well as reduce scale build-up in boilers and turbines. Too much phosphate can cause steam damage and too little phosphate promotes acid growth, promoting corrosion.
